Wrong Version

I ordered the version with a cupholder, but received the one without it. The cupholder was actually the deciding factor for this purchase.
Also, we requested light grey, but received the dark grey version...

Hi Jens, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the mix-up with your order. Please contact our support team so we can resolve this and ensure you get the correct version you wanted. We appreciate your patience!

got the one without cupholder

I orderd this one but got the one without cupholder unfortunatly.

We apologize for the damage caused during transit. Please contact us and we will send you a replacement.

Fits perfect and perfect color

Sits perfect in the car and fills the empty space as it should.
Good delivery from Nice RvS!

Color perfect, no cup holder

I bought this model so the passenger has an extra cup holder.
The racing grey has NO cup holder. Some pictures show a cup holder some pictures don't.

The color is spot on and fits perfect.
I wouldn't have bought if I knew it didn't had a cup holder.

Hi Fam,

Thank you so much for your full 5-star rating and kind words about the perfect color and precise fit of the storage organizer.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by inconsistent product images on our page, which made you expect a built-in cup holder that the racing grey version does not come with. We will immediately revise and unify all product photos to clearly distinguish versions with and without cup holders to avoid misleading future buyers.

If you wish to return this item, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time, and we will walk you through the complete return process promptly.

Best regards,
The NiceEVS Team
