I purchased this expecting it to fit the newer XPENG G6 Pro (>2025), but unfortunately it doesn’t. The product page didn’t mention this limitation, which caused the misunderstanding. Support was responsive and shared an installation video, which I appreciated, but the compatibility issue remains.
The website really needs to clearly state that this item is not suitable for the newer G6 Pro model. I’m currently waiting for the seller’s response regarding a refund.
It’s disappointing because the product itself seems like it would have been a great upgrade if it had been compatible.
