Unfortunately, I feel I need to add an update to my previous review.
Following my review, NiceEVS stated that they would resolve the issues I had raised. Among other things, I was promised that they would provide me with detailed installation photos and that the missing plastic cover would be shipped to me free of charge.
At their request, I immediately provided my order number (EV#3155) to their customer service team. It has now been one and a half months, but I have still not received any response. To date, I have received neither the promised installation photos nor any confirmation that the missing plastic cover has been shipped.
I find this particularly disappointing. I fully understand that deliveries or follow-up can sometimes be delayed and that misunderstandings can happen. However, when a company itself states that an issue will be resolved “immediately”, I expect at the very least that this commitment is followed up or that the customer is kept informed.
In the meantime, I have also noticed that other customers have mentioned similar issues with this product in their reviews, particularly concerning the missing plastic cover and the lack of clear installation instructions.
I sincerely hope that NiceEVS will still resolve this matter properly. However, based on my experience so far, I am unfortunately not very satisfied with the follow-up and customer service.

Die Dämpfer nehmen einen viel Arbeit beim Öffnen der Frontklappe ab.
Die Montagewinkel sind passgenau und schnell angebracht.
Die Klappe öffnet nach der Montage nicht mehr so weit wie vorher, was mich allerdings nicht stört.
Ich nutze den Frunk Jetzt tatsächlich regelmäßig um das Ladekabel und den Notcharger zu verstauen.
Versandzeit nach Deutschland war ok.
No manual but able to mount quite easily. Struts are shorter and the hood is not as high as in standard. Force if opening is light but lifts the hood. Ordered version without covers (BEV). Hybrid REEV has covers under the hood.
Order the ones (2) with plastic cover ... but no plastic cover in delivery.
And no guide to mount them, I do not know how to do it.
And hey are quit small ... not as on pictures of NICEEVS site.
