Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with a risk-free and pleasant shopping experience. We understand that you may occasionally need to return a product. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the date you receive your item, with no return fees charged.
Order Cancellation or Modification Before Shipment
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been shipped. However, if the order has already been processed and you choose to cancel it while paying via PayPal or credit card, a 5% handling fee will be charged. For payments made through Affirm, the handling fee may range from 5% to 10%. This fee covers merchant processing costs as well as refund fees for credit card and PayPal accounts.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has been shipped but not yet received, and you wish to cancel it, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If the order is currently in transit, please contact us at w19863705072@gmail.com, and we will attempt to have it returned to the sender.
After Receiving Your Order
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. If you no longer need the product or change your mind after receipt, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please be sure to contact us at w19863705072@gmail.com before returning any items. Any returns sent without prior notification will be rejected. Once we are in touch with you, we will provide a return label. The cost of returning the item shall be borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. The refund amount will be based on the price of the returned item. If you choose to return the item but improper packaging causes damage during transit, the customer shall be responsible for the damage. FedEx does not accept damage claims resulting from inadequate packaging.
Return Eligibility
Products must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in intact packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please note that steering wheels and wheels are custom-made products and can only be returned due to quality issues.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, please send photos of the product and your order confirmation number to w19863705072@gmail.com within 14 days. We will immediately provide a return label, and once the incorrect item is delivered to our location, we will ship the correct product to you. We recommend test-assembling the item before installation and carefully checking that you have received the correct product. Returns will not be accepted after installation. If any items are missing from your order, please contact us to initiate a return within two weeks of receiving the order.

For all returns that are not due to quality issues or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. Of course, damaged or defective items are also eligible for return.
(Please note: If a refund is requested due to a buyer's change of mind, the buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.)

Damaged or Defective Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.
Exceptions
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom-made products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific product, please feel free to contact us.
To ensure you receive your desired item as soon as possible, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment account within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Tip
To expedite the return process, we recommend shipping via EMS and declaring the package as a test sample with a value of less than USD 100. Please avoid using DHL/FedEx/UPS, as these services may result in customs detention, high taxes, and potential delivery issues. Any losses incurred from using these courier services will be the responsibility of the sender.
