Our return policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to make your shopping experience with us risk-free and enjoyable. We understand that you may occasionally need to return a product. In this case, we offer a simple return policy of 30 days from the date you receive the item, with no return fees.
Cancel or modify the order before shipping
You can cancel or modify your order at any time before shipping. However, if the order has already been processed, there is a 5% handling fee if you choose to cancel and pay with PayPal or a credit card. If you buy with Affirm, the processing fee can be between 5-10%. This fee includes merchant processing and refund of credit card and PayPal account fees.
Order is cancelled after delivery
If your order has been shipped but not yet received and you want to cancel, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you will be charged a 15% replenishment fee. If the order is currently in transit, please contact us at evaccessories@niceevs.com and we will attempt to return it to the sender.
Return the order after receipt
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you receive the product and choose not to need it anymore or change your mind, there is a 15% replenishment fee. Before returning your product, you must contact us at evaccessories@niceevs.com. Any products returned without prior notice will be rejected. Once we contact you, we will issue a return label. The amount of the product returned will be borne by the consumer, and the shipping fee is non-refundable. The amount sent back to us will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to return the part but it is not packed correctly and it is damaged during the return transport, the customer is responsible for the damage. Fedex will not pay claims for damaged and improperly packaged parts.
Return eligibility
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received - unworn, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that the steering wheel and wheels are custom products and can only be returned due to quality issues.
Error or missing product
If you receive the wrong product, please send the product picture and order confirmation number to evaccessories@niceevs.com within 14 days. We will issue a return label immediately, and after the package arrives in your local area, we will ship the correct item. Please do a trial assembly before installation and double check that you have received the correct product. We will not be able to return the product after installation. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Initiate a return
To initiate a return, contact us at evaccessories@niceevs.com or use our live chat. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the package. We are happy to cover return shipping costs for all products that are not defective or damaged. Of course, damaged or defective items can also be returned.
(If a refund request is made due to a temporary change in buyer's wishes, the buyer will be required to pay return shipping.)

Exceptions Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as custom products, dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept gift card returns. If you have questions about a particular product, please feel free to contact us.

Note: To speed up the return process, please ship through EMS and declare the package as a test sample worth less than $100. Avoid using DHL/Fedex/UPS as these services can result in customs detaining, high taxes and potential delivery issues. The loss arising from the return of these Courier services will be borne by the sender.
